A house built in 1935 requiring an upgrade for a growing family. The existing plan was confining very restrictive. The client wished for an open bathroom/laundry with the ability to close the laundry completely behind cabinetry. We allowed for an extra powder room for guests.
Natural light pulled in by using skylights above the shower and powder room. The open plan helps make the most of versatility, and practicality required for growing families.
