Situated on a large corner block, Lakeside sits directly opposite Herdsman lake.
A wetland oasis in the heart of Perth’s metropolitan area. It’s a tranquil location for picnicking, exercising and bird watching. Waterbirds and migratory birds come here to breed and enjoy a summer refuge.
Being on a large block, it allowed for subdivision into a maximum of three. Although the clients maintained the current size, it was important for the new build to take the subdivision into consideration with flexibility for future development.
The project is currently in Development Approval stage and awaiting feedback from local government.
