This is a great example of how architects can deliver with a reduced scope and tighter budgets. Our scope was limited to Building Permit and Contractor Selection and although we were happy to answer any questions during the construction, we did not oversee the construction phase. Fundamentally the project delivers on such as things as the openings to certain orientation, function of spaces in relation to each other and the landscape.

The proposal was for a small dwelling at the back of a long block that served a young couples parents when they visited from overseas. When it was not occupied, it is used as short term accomodation. This small one bed and one bath studio feels larger than what it is primarily through the large open void defining the internal spaces.
