Originally designed and built in 1997. Ooi house is certified as a building of high significance by the Australian Institute of Architects. Originally designed by world renowned architect, Kerry Hill, Ooi house embodies a philosophy that has been adopted by many Australian architects.

Located in Margaret River, only 1km from the river mouth and overlooking the national park North of the river, this luxurious house still stands as an iconic piece of architecture today.

Our task was to maintain the original integrity of the design and renovate the respareas which had seen wear including water damage to the concrete and worn plumbing fixtures, as well as dated finishes.
