Originally built in the 1970s, the transformation of this home was a huge undertaking.
Two working professionals with teenage girls, we wanted the house to open itself up to the pool and landscape around it. We agreed with the clients that natural light and ventilation were key in removing the stale paces within that were the result of poor internal planning.
The key behind designing this home was establishing the main axis running through the house. From there, we designed versatile spaces to feed off this axis.
